Hi, I'm Tiff!

Wahoo! I'm so glad you made it here! Now, lemme tell you about me...I'm an entrepreneur, recovered management consultant, proud veteran and American Gladiators Finalist (reality TV reference for street cred). I'm obsessed with building potent, engaging, and wildly efficient mind and body experiences for powerful women to show up at their best each day -- mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. 
I get that putting yourself first, knowing how to take care of your mind and body, and showing up at your 100% are daunting tasks. But, it doesn't have to be daunting...and, I built a system to meet you exactly where you are.
I struggled with taking care of my mind and body for decades -- literally drove the struggle bus. I always had a racing mind, always felt behind, struggled with self-doubt, was uncomfortable in my skin and toted around an extra 20+ fluffs. I always had the best intentions and tried to put myself 1st. I did my best to climb back on the bandwagon every time motivation stopped by.
I schlepped through -- hour-long bouts of calorie burning cardio sessions, beach body HIIT workouts to trick my metabolism, carbs are the devil fad diets, consumed all of the guilt-free-sugar-free process snacks (with all the guilt), highlighted the first 1-2 chapters of every popular self-help book and repeatedly failed at meditation as I cycled through headspace, calm or any other app that promised to calm my mind. Self-care felt like a never ending, tireless game of whack-a-mole that always ended with another inevitable face plant off the bandwagon.
After my life's traumas added up -- a family riddled with addiction, the death of my father in my arms, serving in the military post 9/11, then the unexpected-infidelity-marriage-implosion -- I plummeted to my rock bottom like a helpless sack of potatoes. I was broken and had to rebuild myself fast. I had a business to run, and a population to serve.
From this bottom, I tenaciously studied hundreds of books and podcasts from experts on success, habit formation, happiness, fitness, spirituality, etc. I fell in love with experts such as Brené Brown, Tony Robbins, Pema Chödrön, Joe Dispenza, Abraham Hicks, Tim Ferriss, Seane Corn, and many other badass humans. 
I became obsessed with building a daily system to show up at my best physically, mentally and emotionally each day -- in business and in life. This is where the 20-minute per day system was born. From this muck, came by greatest work -- now my life's purpose. 
Now, I'm thrilled to bring this mind & body system to powerful women -- to help them level up across all aspects of life.
